Communication with families

Since the leadership change, the school’s environment has shifted dramatically. Collaboration has been replaced with intimidation, and many experienced teachers have left, creating instability for students who need consistent relationships with their educators. The facilities and resources remain limited, which further undermines the quality of learning. Staff morale is low, and communication feels closed, leaving little room for professional expertise to be valued. The result is a divided atmosphere where loyalty to leadership seems to matter more ...

The school has dedicated teachers and wonderful students, but the leadership has created a culture of fear, low morale, and distrust. Communication from senior leadership is often intimidating rather than supportive, and respectful dialogue is lacking. The quality of many recent hires does not reflect the standards the school was once known for, raising concerns about its future direction. Meaningful changes in leadership, transparency, and staff engagement are essential if the school is to rebuild trust with employees, students, and parents.
