Eden Montessori International School was birthed from a yearning to provide relevant, respectful education in this 21st Century. A group of like minded families united to allow our children to flourish and grow in freedom. From a growing dissatisfaction with what mainstream education and its “one size fits all approach” has to offer we searched for an education system that is inclusive, respectful to children; that nurtures independence and a love of learning while offering a child freedom of choice within limits and we found …Montessori … And the rest as they say is History! Overcoming many hurdles over the first three years of trying to make a school a reality, and through much toil, blood, sweat and tears, EDEN Montessori International School was Born! Now taking applications for Enrolment for the 2018/2019 scholastic year! Our Mission at EDEN Montessori International School is to ensure the scholarly success of our students, offering authentic Montessori education that reflects the work and pedagogy of Dr. Maria Montessori, with enthusiasm, integrity and relevance. We support the natural development of the human being from birth till maturity, allowing the children to become transformational elements in society, resulting in a more harmonious and peaceful world. Respect is our watch word, we respect ourselves, each other, and our environment. Our EDEN is a diversified landscape of international people and spaces, combining urban and rural elements to create a natural ambience without equal, where our students feel in harmony with their learning environment and free to reach their maximum potential.
