Established in 2015, Bunka Suginami Canadian International School (BSCIS) provides BC curriculum for  students who enrol in the Double-Diploma Program at Bunka Gakuen University Suginami High School.  BC Education is known as one of the best in the world and British Columbia's Grade 10 students consistently earn excellent marks in the global assessment of Math, Reading and Science. BC students rank FIRST amongst all English speaking countries in Reading, Science and Math as documented by international testing results. Bunka Suginami and BC are joining two TOP academic programs to offer this Double Diploma program.
