SEK-Dublin was founded in 1981, and since then thousands of students between the ages of 12 and 18 have been taught by its international teaching team. The school offers next-generation learning technology and an education programme meeting SEK Schools' rigorous quality standards. Boarding students have the chance to live either in the boarding house on campus or with carefully selected local host families. SEK-Dublin is the first school in Ireland to be authorised by the International Baccalaureate Organisation to teach the Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme. Everything we do is about fostering students' intellectual, emotional and personal development; supporting them to become questioning and courageous individuals with an international perspective fit for the 21st century. Located in an exclusive setting, overlooking the town of Greystones just 35 minutes from central Dublin. The school blends the old and the new. Traditional and modern architecture houses the latest in teaching and learning, with the best, evidence-based practices in IB® private school education, all in an open and green campus spanning over 52 acres.
