The International School of Dublin (ISD) was established in 2007 and is the first accredited International Baccalaureate (IB) World Primary School in Ireland. It is a culturally diverse, private, not for profit school that is co-educational and non-denominational. At ISD, one of the fundamental goals of education is to encourage a love of learning. Upon a visit, you will find a welcoming and lively environment which is characterised by collaborative and purposeful activity. Students benefit from an innovative form of engagement and a broad education that promotes learning how to think instead of what to think. Small class sizes are guided by internationally experienced staff. We have moved to Dublin from abroad and I am so happy we enrolled our 5 year old son at ISD. He is very happy at school, asking to go even on weekend days. I love the international and multi-cultural environment of this school. I am also really impressed with the team, very friendly, warm, welcoming and professional. I am happy to recommend warmly this school as I see all children happy and blooming thanks to their IB and « learning through inquiry » curriculum.

Great small school offering the primary years programme of the international baccalaureate. Dedicated teachers helping students become skilled, resourceful and principled learners in a caring environment. Have had my kids there for 5 years.
