Washington School was founded in 1950 by Mrs Mercedes Mallo. inauguration of the new building, specially designed as a school and considered a model due to is architectonic design. Together with the growth of its venues, the affective bond with students, teachers and families grew alike.

The school that received me and trained me throughout primary and secondary school. Always emphasizing a comprehensive education. Excellent teachers in all their areas, and that adds a great appreciation to sport as an important part of the growth of the boys (mens sana in corpore sana). I would not hesitate to send my children to this school if I lived in the Belgrano or Palermo area. I always carry the best memory of my time in their classrooms.
