About United World College of South East Asia - Dover (UWCSEA)
UWCSEA Dover is an incredibly special place. It is special because it manages to combine high levels of academic achievement with an all-pervading emphasis on service to others, environmental stewardship, teamwork and leadership. It is also special because there never seems to be a moment when something isn’t happening. There is a feeling of extraordinary vibrancy, dynamism, warmth and fun, and it is worth noting that much of what you will see as you walk around the campus is student-driven.
Opened in 1971 as Singapore International School by then Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, UWC South East Asia became a full member of the UWC movement in 1975. For more than 40 years, it has been offering a mission-driven, values-based international education to students from more than 90 nationalities. A K–12 school, with two campuses and over 5,500 students, UWCSEA is now recognised as one of the leading international schools in the world.

This is truly an amazing school that continues to better itself. We are constantly in awe of the quality of the education, the commitment of the school as an organization, and the incredible teachers.
I didn't learn English grammar well at all and most students I knew got tutored outside in science and maths. The student body itself was very toxic and counselling useless. I had to change schools because I was so badly bullied in middle school. The only thing I sometimes miss is the naan station and Chicken 65.
It's the perfect school for expats in Singapore. Love it!
Really is a wonderful school. The education is as good as anything I've come across. My children are happy and learning every day.

3 years in the Seventies. It was a quite unique experience as a Forces kid who had never been out of the UK. Was called Singapore International School initially and was fabulously international. Loved it.

This school has shaped the person I have become today: having a heart for those in need and seeing the urgency in saving the planet. There really is no other holistic education like UWC.
