About St. George Barcelona
St. George Barcelona is a private British school, located in the upper side of Barcelona city, with classes from two years of age. We have students from more than 45 different nationalities who from the first day, learn English with native teachers.
We believe in helping each child reach their own maximum potential and giving them the tools they will need to excel in their personal and professional lives. Students follow the full British National Curriculum, as they would if they were in the UK.
St George Barcelona follows all the fundamental principles of British education while taking advantage of the richness of the local environment and culture. This multicultural context is what makes their education different as they complete their studies with compulsory subjects such as Castilian Language and Catalan and Social Studies which are taught weekly in different courses. Thanks to their complete training in both systems, they can choose whether their university studies are going abroad or whether they prefer to stay in Spain.

El profesorado que yo he conocido, en Nursery y Primaria, es muy bueno. Con 2 hijos y experiencias en otros colegios británicos en Lisboa y Barcelona, podemos comparar. Tanto nosotros como padres, como también nuestros hijos como alumnos, estamos muy contentos. Un trato muy cercano a la vez que profesional. Desde aquí mi agradecimiento a todo el equipo humano de St.George.
Es un centro, en el que los niños van muy contentos, por el buen ambiente y, ademas por el estupendo nivel educativo
St George Barcelona is an amazing and highly funcational school. I would recommend it every time to anyone looking for an excellent education and unique school experience for their children. The leadership has gone to a great length to accommodate for our children and support them individually in their learning. The building, yard, and facilities are outstanding. The only thing that could possibly be improved are more sport lessons given the importance of physical activity for children's learning. But in general, i have only praise for the school.
An excellent school with the best staff to educate our children. The values of the school are amazing and being practised every day. If you wish for a school with high level of academics, skilled, native and caring teachers the St George International School of Catalunya is the absolutely right choice. We love it!

My nephew studies in this school and I have to admit that they make a difference. We went to see the work of the Lion King and we loved it: it shows that the boys have a great time and that they have worked very hard to make everything go great. Congratulations to the cloister for the effort they make :)

My daughter goes to St George School since we moved to Barcelona and we can not be happier my wife and me. It's a wonder that in 2nd grade of primary school he already knows more English than many high school students from other schools. Also, the facilities are great. In short, we are very grateful.
