About QSI International School of Chengdu
QSI International School of Chengdu is an amazing community of learners. We offer a rigorous, yet personalized approach to learning, which challenges our students to be their best. Students aged 3 through secondary graduation will be prepared to transfer back to their home country or gain acceptance into one of the world’s premier universities.
We are a non-profit educational institution, which offers an American curriculum. QSI Chengdu is accredited by Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges, offer Advanced Placement courses and the International Baccalaureate Diploma. Our students benefit from our mastery learning philosophy at all stages of their educational journey; we provide additional time and assistance to complete course work or allow students to push ahead- depending on their strengths. Teachers, students and parents work together monitoring student progress and growth, ensuring success for all.
Along with academic rigor, we promote Success Orientations, Kindness and Politeness, Trustworthiness, Group Interaction, Independent Endeavor, Aesthetic Appreciation, Concern for Others, and Responsibility. Our students have opportunities to learn to care for one another, with both a local and global perspective. Le Derp, a year ago
I am so so sorry to the teachers for being the most annoying little child anyone could ever (not) ask for. Please forgive me for my terrible behaviour from 2nd through 5th grade and my stubborn attitude. Although it may have seemed like the teachers were mean, it was probably necessary to keep me in check. I remember being sent to eat with the kindergarteners for lunch and the complete embarrassment of a student I was. I realized how hard it must have been to deal with a problem child like me and I have changed for the better. Thank you for providing me with good friendships and memories and a friendly environment for my few years there. Thank you to the cafeteria staff for giving me extra food every time (though I kinda got too fat for my own good). I hope all the teachers are doing fine!
