How would you rate Huda American Schools?
Overall disgusting, most staff are nice but not very professional and most teachers have no prior training in education. The school is overall a mess from management to students teachers cant control students neither can supervisors the school is currently basically run by a family and not organised in any way the building is always in a state of horror always dirty and the management is only money hungry with no actual care to teachers or students at all website says they offer music and arts when none are offered art is offered as a subject for younger grades and not middle or high school when we came to the school I expected a quality environment but turns out its less than quality in every way possible
No teachers for the most of the subjects for half if the year , teachers keep changing
The school has good academics, using books from USA publishers, the same books I saw in KSA and UAE. Some teachers work really hard and make sure the students understand, most of the other teachers just make the students memorize and repeat it back. The are not taught critical thinking, writing, advance vocabulary words, geography, social studies, and more. The schedule and teachers are changed often. We don't see their quizzes or exams, the students complain they are assessed on topics they haven't learned or even covered, they never survey students or parents, and they are desperate for money they'll put students in the library or other places to make them all fit. They don't buy them original books or supplies. Most of the teachers have no background in education, although they are nice and have good character.
Obviously there are management issues. Most of the teachers lacking the skills and experience. I strongly doubt that they worked in any American schools before or even understand the expectations
