EtonHouse International School, Nanjing offers students the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme taught in English. How would you rate EtonHouse International School?
It appears that management prioritizes financial objectives over a deep understanding of international educational practices. Their approach often places undue blame on teachers and relies excessively on parental feedback, rather than implementing and adhering to strong, clear policies that benefit all stakeholders. Furthermore, management seems to lack the necessary educational background related to the methods they promote. When challenges arise, they tend to attribute failures to employees. Additionally, when staff members seek support from headquarters regarding unethical practices within the company, their concerns are frequently overlooked.
