Internationella Engelska Skolan Nacka aims to have all students fully bilingual when they leave us after year 9 and we teach both in English and in Swedish. IES Nacka opened in the Autumn of 2010 with 11 classes in years 6-9. The school has today 5 classes in each year group, years 4-9. Mrs Barbara Bergström, a science teacher from the USA, founded Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) in 1993.
