One World International School, which is a well-established and reputed international school in Singapore, has launched a new Early Childhood to Primary Grade 5 campus at Suntec Convention Centre in the Central Business District. Because of its central location, the school is able to provide a robust CCA programme for whole child development in partnership with specialist providers in the vicinity. For our Early Childhood students (ages 3 to 6), every school day features many play-based learning and sensory activities, which helps them to engage with their classmates and the world around them. Structured learning through interactive phonics classes, Mathematics and our Units of Inquiry helps students develop their reading, writing, listening, speaking and counting skills, besides becoming better communicators and collaborating with their peers and teachers. Our students at OWIS are encouraged to become independent thinkers, who take responsibility for their own learning and for their actions as human beings. They are able to learn through a variety of techniques, from reading and researching, to practical skills and play scenarios.
