Both my children are at SIS. They are now fluent in English, German and French- what a gift! Thank you to the dedicated staff . Now with a Bilingual Schweizer Matura in hands, my daughter attends St. Gallen University. We definitely made the right decision for our kids.

The school is nice however the food is terrible and the teachers give us less information about tests and exams

It is a school where your kid learns nothing and the teacher doesn't focus on the kids who are struggling. The school's primary aim is to make the parent feel good till the kids are in school and once you decide to leave the school, you will see the real grade comparable to local schools. Please do not send the kids to this school, you will spend more money and your kids will learn nothing.

Overrated school, Money making machine, mentoring is a joke, unprepared teachers and lack of time to support kids struggling in class, tendency to blame fathers (and kids) for bad results, high drop off rate in the first school years. It was a big mistake to move my daughter from public school to SIS. She is not happy after 3 years.

My son has been going to SIS Basel for two years now. He is very happy. He loves teaching in both classes (e / d). Every morning he goes to class full of anticipation. Afternoon care is also highly recommended. Kudos to Ms Wioland and her team.

I absolutely love SIS!!! And I am saying this as a student there. It is fun and a enthusiastic place to be. The teachers treat you as a family, and are carrring and supportive

Terrific staff and growing enrollment, the strength of SIS is its bilingual program, with alternating German and English days. We have two kids here, now in 2nd and 5th grade, and are very pleased.
