A wonderful school in Roma Nord for international kids with a lot to offer and to become familiar with Rome and it’s beauty. 10/10 would recommend. T

This is a good quality school, I can tell you that. Religious too. Edit after 4 years: Apparently a lot of people have seen this review, so I thought I'd spend some time writing something a little more serious, hahaha. -First of all, the campus is amazing. I've moved to Belgium for my 10th grade and that's what I miss the most. There is a lot of green space on which you can lounge around. -I have no real problems with how the education system worked up to 9th grade. I know that this is an IB school, but I was not in Marymount for that. They do not, however, have programs leading up to to the IB; the PYP and MYP (I don't think this is a real problem.) -I will say that the school is, naturally, full of loud, rowdy Italians, but it's never taken away from my experience at Marymount. I've made plenty of friends around the world, and many of them are from here. Please note that I'm writing this very quickly in a sort of swing of nostalgia! I really hope that I'll be able to revisit Marymount one day!

Will always love my years at Marymount, made my closest friends and learned a lot about life and myself here. Miss everyone, especially my teachers who have now started retiring! Some of the best memories that I will always carry with me will always be from Marymount.

Marymount International School Rome is a private, Catholic, co-educational day school that seeks to nurture students and their unique talents as a whole, beginning from Pre-Early Childhood (age 2) through grade 12. In addition to a stimulating and caring environment in which English is the language of instruction, Marymount offers students: A values-based education modeled on an American curriculum with international standards and benchmarks. An emphasis on respect, appreciation, and tolerance and the promotion of a life-long love of learning. An American High School diploma, with accreditation from the New England Association of Colleges and Schools and Council of International Schools. A longstanding International Baccalaureate (IB) program, which provides students with a competitive advantage for admission to colleges and universities in the United States, Europe, and around the world. A challenging and engaging curriculum that is carefully designed to form a continuum from Early Childhood through High School. Access to the latest technology in and out of the classroom, including state-of-the art computer labs and a FabLab, fully-equipped libraries, and wireless technology throughout the campus. A physical education program throughout the school with Varsity-level teams in soccer, basketball, volleyball, cross country, track and field and tennis. Extracurricular activities, including music, drama, dance, Model United Nations, National Honor Society, private music and language lessons, and myriad after-school programs. A student body that represents more than 60 nationalities and diverse religions. A beautiful 40-acre campus within easy reach of Rome’s historic center and protected by 24-hour security. A network of Marymount schools that stretches throughout Europe and the Americas.
