After visiting several schools in the area, we chose ISCS for our son because it offers small class sizes and a prestigious curriculum. Our son has been attending the school for 2 years now and absolutely loves it. As for us, we are in awe of the individual attention he received from all the teachers. They push him to develop his strengths further and help him with his weaknesses. Our son really blossomed in the last two years and his academic progress has been incredible. After school he attends several after school clubs such as drama, sport and extra German, and he never wants to come home. Just loves it too much. We can definitely recommend this school to all the parents and students.

Fantastic school. The caliber of teachers is phenomenal - we are in awe! British teachers teaching the Cambridge curriculum, native German teachers joined to teach German as the school expanded the language lessons massively. This year there are so many fantastic after school clubs. We made so many friends with other families.

Our kids are already 3 years in the school. We have changed form the local public system after evaluating few other international schools. Our kids are visiting the primary school and the secondary school according to their agens. The curriculum is very presigeous, the teachers are very competent, supporive and know how to challenge the kids. We all love the school and believe that to be the best school in the Zurich-Zug-Luzern area. At this place we would like to say thank you to the complete ISCS Team for the constantly outstanding good work!!!

2020/21 academic year is our second at the school. We absolutely love the school, it has a great community atmosphere, where the teachers and parents seem to have lots of enthusiasm and energy every day, to make the kids learning experience as enjoyable as possible. Our son is most disappointed on Friday nights, that he’ll have to wait 2 days until Monday morning! Specifically Miss Macmillan has been fantastic since she joined, bringIng her years of experience in British schools to the ISCS classroom. We especially appreciate the small class sizes, and are impressed with how the teachers can apply individualised learning to each child, quickly recognising their respective strengths and weaknesses, and tailoring the learning in each subject to stretch each of them from the level they are currently at. The two native German speakers hired have been fantastic too. For us it’s vitally important that our son picks up second language whilst we’re here in Switzerland, and seeing how seriously the school takes this is really heartening. Our son came home last week and said his highlight had been the German language class. As a result of this, and last year’s work, he’s already part of a local German speaking Tennis club, and soccer club, which wouldn’t be possible without his new language skills. Here’s to another great year of ISCS, keep it up everyone!

My kids love this school. Teachers are kind, professional and caring. I can see my children’s confidence grow everyday. Everyone is very supportive and friendly. We like the Cambridge curriculum and we know the academic part is the most important for the school. We moved our children here because we like the small class sizes, which are very important if you want to focus on academic performance which will get you into the best university. I feel like my kids are constantly reminded what they have to do to get a place at Oxford or MIT, without it feeling like they are being pressured. There are good after school clubs like NGO, student council, science club. They do loads of sports too, but they have to travel to Cham to the facilities, which is ok, I guess. All in all, we highly recommend this school.
