How would you rate Beijing New Talent Academy?
Beijing New Talent Academy is a really great school among the elite academies in Beijing. As a parent of a student attending this school, I have nothing but praise for the exceptional education and overall experience that my child has received, and the friendly and professional manner that school staff interacts with my daughter and I. The teaching methods at Beijing New Talent Academy are truly superior. The educators are passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring that each student reaches their full potential. They provide a challenging and engaging curriculum that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. My child has flourished under the guidance of these amazing teachers. The books are of the highest quality, sourced from abroad when possible and of the most current topics important to success the emerging educational landscape. The facilities at the school are also top-notch. The gym and swimming pool are excellent, providing ample opportunities for students to stay fit and healthy. The classrooms are modern and well-equipped, and the campus is beautifully maintained and always clean. But what truly sets Beijing New Talent Academy apart is the incredible success that its students achieve. The school has a track record of sending its graduates to the world's top universities, which is a testament to the quality of education that the school provides. Overall, I cannot recommend Beijing New Talent Academy highly enough. It is a school that truly cares about its students and is committed to providing an exceptional education. If you are looking for a school that will help your child reach their full potential, then look no further than Beijing New Talent Academy. I've personally recruited several other students from among friends and associates, and they all are very satisfied with the school.
Parents beware! BNTA is not an international school at all. It is essentially a Chinese private school for rich families who want to send their kids abroad. It's also a cash cow for owners. Education is not prioritized. It's money, nothing more and nothing less. Teachers stay away! You will be exploited and disrespected on every level. Do not trust Human Resources.
Education is not valued at New Talent Academy. The school values appearance and style over anything with actual substance. Classes will be canceled to practice for a show, a parade. Demo classes will be rehearsed for days on end until the students can recite them in their sleep. I would not recommend working here, nor sending a child here to study. There are schools of greater quality with a value of education that cost the same.
Most of my coworkers have been staying here for over 3-5 years. This year most of us also renew the contract.
The problem is the incredibly poor management which leads to endless confusion. I'd like to see BNTA do better but it is hard to see how it can until it accepts its own failures.

I've been an educator in Beijing for eight years, and I know teachers (Chinese and foreign) who currently teach at this school. This is one of the worst education institutions in China. Lack of organization, lack of leadership, lack of accountability, lack of training, and the lack of respect that the students have for the teachers is unbelievable. The teachers are treated horribly bad. This is all an obvious reflection of the upper management. Parents, please do your due diligence before enrolling tour children in this school. And teachers, my advice is to look elsewhere for a job because is absolutely a dead end!
